Old Joe's Wood Refinery & Ice Cream Parlour

Running since... uh, 1918

FAQ

1920's Old Joe's
  1. In 1918 (or something relatively close to that), our founder, "Old Joe", decided to open a new icecream parlour emblematic of the current time period.
  2. It was hardly popular. You might be asking, "your ice cream is the 'best in the world', how could it fail"? Well, it was all because it was located right next to a wood refinery
  3. Then, our constantly innovating Old Joe had an idea - to buy the neigbouring wood refinery and transforming the parlour into OLD JOE'S WOOD REFINERY & ICE CREAM PARLOUR.
  4. Nothing interesting happened until we ended up closing the parlour as well as the wood refinery in 1976.
  5. That was until, just last year, a brave man decided to continue on the incredible legacy of Old Joe's Wood Refinery & Ice Cream Parlour, and it's been running moderately strong ever since!
  6. And all through this, our 106-year old diner still serves coke the old fashioned way.
